This information is obtained through direct communication or through our website’s inquiry forms. The personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of organising and conducting our ocean education incursions. 7. Implied Consent

We are able to use images and videos for business promotion after the educational institution has provided or posted them to their website or social media accounts. The child’s consent to be digitally presented is implied via the educational institution. Parents and guardians have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. They may do so by contacting us using the contact detailed provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
